Supervisory Training Program (Webcast Available)
AGC’s Supervisory Training Program (STP) is the construction industry’s standard for supervisor development. STP has a track record of delivering results. Over 2200 Minnesota construction supervisors have already participated in courses offered by AGC of Minnesota, and the numbers are growing. Two hundred and forty-four attendees have already graduated from the Program.
Courses are offered in the metro area at the AGC of MN office and to greater Minnesota via live webcast. In addition to open courses offered to anyone interested, AGC will tailor individual courses to meet the specific needs of an individual contractor.

Customized Training / Development / Education
OSHA 10 Hour Outreach - Construction
This 10 hour course follows the curriculum set by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and provides awareness level training in safety. This course is recommended for all front-line craft employees. Upon completion, students receive their 10 hour Construction Outreach card.
OSHA 30 Hour Outreach - Construction
This 30 hour course follows the curriculum set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and provides a greater understanding of required safety standards and practices. This course is recommended for those employees that have supervisor responsibilities. Upon completion, students receive their 30 hour Construction Outreach card.
