Dave Waggoner joined AGC of Minnesota
in January of 2003. He brings 18 years of accounting experience to AGC.
After finishing high school, Dave worked in the trucking industry for 13
years and worked construction for two years in Seattle. He then made a
career change, and while attending college started his stint in public
accounting for Sands Rust Company and Larson Allen Weishar. After four years
he moved on to various non-profit accounting jobs spending the last 10 years
with Environment & Energy Resource Center. In
1998 he sat for and passed the CPA exam on his first attempt. Dave
has improved the financial recordkeeping of AGC, resulting in better decisions based on timely and
accurate information. In addition to
Dave's duties for AGC of Minnesota, he acts as Treasurer and Accountant for
the Construction Industry Cooperative Committee (CICC), AGC's People
in Construction Political Action Committee (Pic Pac), and the Road Pac.
