Keith was originally employed by AGC of Minnesota from 1973 to 1979. In 1979, Keith joined Johnson Brothers Corporation as their Director of Labor Relation/EEO. He returned to AGC of Minnesota in August of 1996.

Keith brings first-hand work experience to AGC in Workforce Relations, Collective Bargaining, Grievances and Arbitration, Affirmative Action, Liaison with Mn/DOT, The Department of Labor and other State Agencies, Unemployment Claims, Drug and Alcohol Testing and Employee Relations issues including Fringe Benefits, Recruitment, and Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages. Keith is a great resource to our members with questions or concerns regarding workforce relations.
