Mn/DOT Releases Revised Design-Build Project Templates

The Minnesota Department of Transportation has released additional revised design-build project administration information for design-build construction projects.  The documents or "project templates" define the contractual relationships between the design-build contractor and the owner (Mn/DOT) for various project aspects.  The revised templates are the direct outcome of work that is being led by AGC staff and AGC member companies who are working cooperatively with Mn/DOT in an effort to develop a "Minnesota Model" for future design-build construction.  The complete information is posted on the AGC web site.
