GETTING
STARTED WITH THE
SUPERVISORY LEADERSHIP SERIES (SLS)
|
Construction
supervisors are in a unique position--they make decisions and solve
problems in the earliest stages of construction. The actions taken by
supervisors often have far-reaching implications for the entire project.
It is imperative that on-site supervisors receive training that will
prepare them to be proactive decision-makers who can resolve issues at the
jobsite level.
The Supervisory Leadership Series (SLS) is a series of two- to three-hour
workshops developed by the Associated General Contractors of America to
provide these tools to construction supervisors. |
