AGC’s Supervisory Training Program (STP) is the construction industry’s standard for supervisor development. STP has a track record of delivering results. Over 1700 Minnesota construction supervisors have already participated in classes offered by AGC, and the numbers are growing.

Classes are offered in the metro area and around the state in selected locations each year. In addition to open classes offered to anyone interested, AGC will tailor individual classes to meet the specific needs of an individual contractor.

 STP classes are held four times each year: January/February, March/April, September/October and November/December. 
There are no classes scheduled May through August.
