Supervisory Training Program

AGC’s Supervisory Training Program (STP) is the construction industry’s standard for supervisor development. STP has a track record of delivering results. Over 1,000 Minnesota construction supervisors have already participated in classes offered by AGC, and numbers are growing.

Classes are offered in the metro area and around the state in selected locations each year. In addition to open classes offered to anyone interested, AGC will tailor individual classes to meet the specific needs of an individual contractor. For more information about STP contact Pat Nelson.


Workforce Development

AGC is active in developing Minnesota’s construction workforce. As a member of AGC, you can take an active part in developing the construction industry’s efforts to recruit and retain qualified men and women. AGC of Minnesota’s effort is centered around industry taskforces formed to address specific well-defined projects focused on solving a piece of this complex problem. On the member’s only section, you will have access to the meeting minutes of current taskforces, and the opportunity to define new area of workforce development for the AGC of Minnesota.
