Jason Andraza, Construction Risk Manager, PCL Constructors, Toronto
Jason is responsible for departmental management of pursuit delivery for design-build and P3 projects across PCL Construction’s twenty-six offices. This includes pursuit strategies and both estimating and project management resourcing

Jensen Clarke, Vice President, Fengate, Toronto
Jensen is a senior member of Fengate’s infrastructure investment team and responsible for originating, structuring, bidding and closing projects throughout North America. Jensen’s resume includes the Jimmy Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgical Centre, Saskatoon Civic Operations Centre and, most recently, high-profile P3 pursuits including LAX ConRAC.

Sean Maher, Business Development Director, Johnson Controls, Kansas City
Sean is part of the Johnson Control P3 team for the development of the Operations & Maintenance and Lifecycle solution on Public Private Partnership (P3). Sean led the O&M development efforts on 11 successful P3 deliveries throughout North America, including the Long Beach Courthouse.

John Ohman, Senior Vice President, Mortenson, Minneapolis
John oversees Strategy, Marketing and Corporate Development at Mortensen. He is on the board of the Performance Based Building Coalition which is working to pass legislation that would allow for private activity bonds for social infrastructure. He helps lead the evaluation and pursuit of Mortenson’s P3 opportunities.
