Project Description: The Operations and Maintenance Facility (OMF) construction contract is part of the Central Corridor LRT (CCLRT) Project, which will extend existing light rail service from downtown Minneapolis to downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. The OMF contract includes retrofit of the south portion of the existing Diamond Products building in St. Paul at 4^th Street and Broadway Street for use as a light rail transit operations and maintenance facility. This building will house a rail operations control center, a shop floor performing light maintenance of light rail vehicles, including offices and storage space.
