About Krystle:

My name is Krystle (Pastorius) LeTourneau. I've been working iron since 2006. This career path chose me (and I wouldn't have it any other way) and supports my family! I love working with my hands and being outside, and getting to be up high is just a perk of the job! Growing up, I watched my dad bust his back every day working construction, and I've just always wanted to be like him. I never thought I could make it in a man's world, but I would have to say I'm doing pretty dang well! I have three sons and my oldest has chosen to follow in my footsteps. Hopefully the other 2 will someday too! The people I work with are amazing and the work is awesome!

It's hard to say that I like one thing better then the next, but if I had to choose just one thing, I would have to say I like seeing the end result of my work best! I love being able to drive around and say I helped build that! A few other things I like about my job is that there is always something new to be learned, and I've learned a lot through my career! I love welding and being able to erect amazing structures. I like being able to go to a different job day-to-day, because having to stay in one place is boring to me. Some days I might have a fifteen-minute drive and others I might have a couple hours,  but the view from my office is always amazing! I'm proud of how far I have come. I still have a ways to go,  but it's been an amazing journey and I'm proud to say I'm an ironworker!
