Construction Hiring Connection (CHC) is a job posting website that also contains an HR tracking database for contractors to meet workforce diversity hiring goals. Contractors can identify and recruit skilled trades workers from the database based on experience, certifications and demographic information. CHC staff does extensive community outreach to job seekers, trade schools and training institutions, unions, community-based organizations, contractors, and other groups involved in the construction industry. This intensive contact serves as the central conduit to identifying skilled trades workers and bringing them together with area contractors.
