Through guided instruction and hands-on practice, you’ll learn how to create, organize, and update schedules using one of the construction industry’s leading project management tools.This course provides a step-by-step introduction into creating a construction schedule in Primavera P6. You’ll learn how to set up a project file, build a work breakdown structure, add activities, apply logic and constraints, create calendars, and account for weather days.
P6 is the industry standard for managing complex construction projects, including many federal jobs. By the end of this workshop, you’ll feel confident building schedules, generating reports, and applying scheduling best practices to keep your projects on track.
