CHASE Partnership

CHASE PARTNERSHIP

The Construction Health And Safety Excellence (CHASE) program began in 2003 as a partnership between Minnesota OSHA and AGC of Minnesota. Over 20 years later, it is the longest running partnership with MNOSHA. The program is designed to recognize AGC member contractors for their safety programs and performance, while providing incentives for partnership.

LEVEL 1

Level 1 is geared toward AGC members who desire recognition for meeting minimum requirements of a safety and health program. All AGC members are encouraged to apply for Level 1 status.

LEVEL 2

Level 2 is geared toward AGC members who desire recognition for having a more comprehensive safety program.

LEVEL 3

Level 3 provides the unique opportunity for MNOSHA partnership on projects that may not have been eligible in the past. Level 3 partnership is for vertical projects lasting between 6 and 18 months, and highway/heavy projects that are under 6 months.

Contractors holding the Level 2 CHASE status for one year are eligible to apply for Level 3.

MNOSHA's SHARP program is currently available for jobsites lasting 18 months or longer.
