ABOUT jennifer:
Jennifer Clemens grew up around the construction and trucking industry, gaining early exposure to the fast-paced, high-stakes environment that keeps infrastructure moving. She began her career as a trucking dispatcher in 2003 while raising two daughters as a single mother, an experience that shaped her resilience, leadership style, and commitment to excellence. From there, Jennifer intentionally advanced through roles in sales, marketing, project management, payroll, billing, human resources, office management, and ultimately served as Director of Safety and Compliance for a freight transportation company before landing at Park Construction Company in 2021.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to major infrastructure projects including the Minnesota Twins Stadium, the Interstate 94 lane expansion, and cross-over projects on Highway 65. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management, is a nursing school graduate, A master Reiki practitioner, and earned a Certificate in Motor Carrier Compliance from the U.S. Department of Transportation Safety Institute in Oklahoma City. A Minnesota Collegiate DECA alumna serving as a student competitor and having held a seat on the Board of Directors, she currently serves as Vice President for the Women of Asphalt Minnesota & Dakotas Branch, where she advocates for leadership development, mentorship, and increased representation of women across construction and transportation.
Jennifer has two grown daughters and four grandchildren and a son in law in the United States Army. She enjoys reading, kayaking, swimming, arcades, traveling and being with her family in her free time.
