AGC of Minnesota manages three leadership programs to help develop leaders at all stages of their career. AGC's Supervisory Training Program (STP) is designed primarily for field staff, Leadership Blueprint is designed for emerging leaders in management positions, and Executive Circle is primarily for C-suite execs.
