AGC of MN Leadership Education & Networking
AGC of Minnesota manages two leadership programs. Supervisory Training Program (STP) is designed primarily for field staff and Leadership Blueprint is designed for emerging leaders in management positions. We produce an annual golf tournament, sporting clays tournament, regional member meetings, a recognition dinner and holiday reception.
As the premier association for commercial construction in Minnesota, our networking events provide access to a varied and united peer community.
Hear from AGC of Minnesota leadership, community leaders and others on topics of interest to our members. No set schedule – held in various locations.
Sporting Clays Fundraiser
Held every August, the Sporting Clays Fundraiser is AGC of Minnesota's premier Foundation fundraising event. All proceeds go to the student scholarship awards. Students receiving a scholarship are asked to attend this event. A unique and fun way to raise funds and create connections.
Our annual golf tournament is not to be missed. Filled with camaraderie and friendly competition, it’s a great way to spend a summer day in Minnesota. Held every August.
Join AGC of Minnesota in celebrating annual award presentations and recognitions: CHASE, Skill*Responsibility*Integrity (SRI) Award, Lifetime Achievement Award, Legislator of the Year Award, Annual Bridge Awards, STP graduates, Leadership Blueprint graduates and more. Held in the fall of every year.
The AGC of Minnesota holiday reception has become a “must attend” event for members and friends of the construction industry. Raise a glass with your fellow AGC of Minnesota members!
