It's time to make mental health an industry priority.
Minnesota’s construction community has made real strides in raising awareness—and now we’re taking additional action. AGC of Minnesota helped form the Minnesota Construction Mental Health Alliance and now supports it as fiscal agent and partner.
The Alliance is a cross-sector of leaders from every stakeholder group in the industry—union and non-union contractors, public and private owners, industry associations, labor and training, design and professional services, and public agencies—working together to make mental health a construction safety standard. This is about leadership, culture, and systems—not one-off programs.
By aligning policies and practices across organizations, the Alliance aims to embed mental health into projects, safety protocols, and accountability at every level. Progress is underway, and continued momentum depends on leaders who are willing to show up, lend their voice, and help fund the work. Your support powers statewide coordination, practical tools, and measurable change that protects every worker, on every job, every day.
