Are you a first time sponsor/exhibitor interested in
participating?
In 2025, the Minnesota Construction summit attracted over 400 registered
attendees.
Deadline: We will sell exhibit space until we're sold out. To have a better
chance of receiving your preferred both location, we suggest submitting your
registration and payment as soon as possible. Note: We cannot guarantee a
decorator-provided sign in your exhibit space unless you register by January
30, 2026.
NEW for 2026: Enhanced Attendee Engagement Option!
We're always looking for ways to increase attendee traffic/engagement in the
exhibit hall, and keep attendees at the exhibitor reception for the full event!
To that end, any exhibitor that agrees to offer a giveaway item at their booth
worth at least $250 (must be a physical item or gift card; cannot be a voucher
for $250 worth of a service or consultation) will receive the following:
- An
enhanced exhibitor listing on the Summit landing page, showing the item
being offered, increasing attendee interest ahead of the event
- Social
media mentions ahead of the Summit regarding their firm and their giveaway
- On-site
signage showing the location of booths with premium giveaways
All giveaways will take place toward the end of the reception. Participation in this promotion is NOT required in order to exhibit. You may choose during registration whether you'd like to participate and bring your own item or have AGC purchase the item for you, or to not participate. Regardless of participation in this promotion, all exhibitors are encouraged to bring any promotional giveaway items for their booth. In order to have your booth marketed with this benefit, we will need to know details about the item to be donated, or payment received for the item, by January 14, 2026.
