The 2027 Minnesota Construction Summit features an expanded exhibit hall, with more room to showcase equipment, technology, and more! The exhibit hall will be open on Day 1 of the Summit (February 17, 2027). Move in will take place on February 16.

Exhibit Fee Includes:

10'x10' exhibit space (unless a pod or larger space is chosen)

Lunch included for staff (total number of staff allowed on site varies by exhibit type chosen - see map for more details)

Exhibitor Hours

6:30am to 7:30am – Registration and Breakfast with Exhibitors
9:00am to 9:15am – Break with Exhibitors
10:15am to 11:00 – Break with Exhibitors
12:00 to 1:30pm – Lunch with Exhibitors
2:30 to 2:45pm – Break with Exhibitors
3:45 to 6:00pm – Exhibitor Reception

Move in: 3:00-6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 2/16/27 or 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 2/17/27.
Move out: 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 2/17/27

Deadline: We will sell exhibit space until we're sold out. To have a better chance of receiving your preferred both location, we suggest submitting your registration and payment as soon as possible. Note: We cannot guarantee a decorator-provided sign in your exhibit space unless you register by January 30, 2027.
