SE from the Machine Shop. Spots are available on a first come first serve
basis. There is street parking and a garage located a block away at 201 2nd Street SE.

Annual Business Meeting Notice
Notice is given to the voting members of Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, a Minnesota cooperative organization (the "Association"), that the December 2022 annual meeting of the voting members will be held at The Machine Shop (300 2nd Street SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414), at 4:00 pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022, for the following purposes:
1. To approve the December 7, 2021 Annual Meeting Minutes.
2. To ratify and approve the acts of the Association's Officers and Directors.
3. To approve the Treasurer's Report.
4. To receive the Nominating Committee's Report and elect Directors of the Association.
5. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment(s) thereof.
