You are invited to participate in the
Supervisory Training Program (STP) Unit 1 - "Leadership & Motivation." This course will describe the value of effective supervision of workers and improve the construction supervisor's ability to lead and motivate others.
Dates: Five TUESDAYS (November 5, 12, 19, December 3, 10)
Time: 5:00-8:00 pm CST

Services & Education Development)
This class may be taken online at no extra charge. A
maximum of 8 online students will be registered per class, and 3 online spots
will be reserved for AGC of Minnesota member companies until the week prior to
class beginning. Online students are required to have sufficiently stable
internet service and a camera on the device they are using so that the
instructor can communicate effectively with them.
